We are looking for professional contractors and service providers who take pride in their work, communicate effectively, and deliver quality service. Whether you specialize in general contracting, maintenance, property cleanup, or apartment turnovers, we welcome qualified vendors interested in building a long-term working relationship with our team.
Services We Need
General Contractors: Repairs, renovations, and property improvement projects.
Handymen & Maintenance Professionals: General repairs, installations, and routine maintenance.
Property Cleanup & Trash-Out Services: Property cleanouts, debris removal, and unit preparation.
Pressure Washing Contractors: Exterior cleaning and surface maintenance.
Requirements
To be considered, vendors must meet the following requirements, as applicable to their services:
Registered business (LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship) or qualified independent contractor.
General liability insurance.
Valid licenses and permits where required.
Workers’ compensation coverage or a valid exemption, where applicable.
Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
Ability to provide written estimates and invoices.
Completed W-9 and required onboarding documentation.
Proven experience, professionalism, reliability, and clear communication.
