As a Service Assistant, you will play a key operational role in overseeing the maintenance and resident services process from start to finish. This position is designed as an entry point into operations, with a clear path to grow into coordination, advanced operational roles, and eventually Virtual Property Management, based on performance and ownership.
No prior property management experience is required. We value organization, accountability, adaptability, and a strong service mindset.
Manage incoming maintenance requests through phone calls, emails, and resident portals
Schedule and coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor services
Track maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
Use project management tools and internal systems to monitor progress and performance
Review service data and basic metrics to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and internal teams throughout the process
Assist residents with basic maintenance-related questions and follow-ups
Perform additional administrative and reporting tasks to support the department
Based in Peru or another Latin American country/time zone that allows you to work 8 AM–5 PM Florida time
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field
At least 1 year of administrative experience after graduation. Experience in logistics, resident services, or property management is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English, with daily communication with U.S. residents and vendors
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in metrics-driven or operational environments
Service-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to unexpected situations
Strong computer skills and comfort using multiple software systems simultaneously
Quick learner with attention to detail and strong follow-through
Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Florida time, 40 hours/week
